This page used to describe "hidden VIP perks at Rubyroyale" — secret tiers, triggers and rewards. None of them were real: we found no operating casino at the brand's address and no published VIP terms. They have been removed. What follows is how casino VIP programmes generally work and how to work out what one is worth.

How VIP Programmes Are Built
Almost every programme runs on the same structure, whatever it is called:
- Points for turnover. You earn points for the amount wagered, not for winning or losing. Slots usually earn faster than table games, because their house edge is higher.
- Tiers. Reaching a points threshold moves you up a level, and some programmes require you to keep earning to stay there.
- Rewards per tier. Typically cashback on net losses, points conversion into bonus money, higher withdrawal limits, faster payout processing, birthday or reload bonuses and, at the top, a personal account manager.
- Invitation-only levels. The highest tiers are often discretionary, which means their terms are not published at all.
Working Out What a Programme Pays
The only honest way to value a VIP programme is to set what it returns against what it takes. Here is a worked example. The numbers are assumptions chosen for illustration, not the terms of any casino:

Under these assumptions the programme is a small rebate on a much larger cost. That is the normal shape of a VIP scheme, and it is why the arithmetic matters more than the tier names.
The Costs That Are Easy to Miss
- Cashback conditions. Cashback is usually a percentage of net losses over a period. 10% cashback on a €500 loss returns €50 — you have still lost €450. Check whether the cashback carries wagering requirements before it can be withdrawn.
- Bonus money is not cash. Points often convert into bonus funds with their own wagering, which reduces their real value further.
- Tier pressure. Programmes that downgrade inactive players create a reason to keep playing that has nothing to do with enjoying the game.
- The account manager's role. A personal manager is paid to keep a valuable customer active. That can be useful for resolving problems, but the offers they make are marketing.
- Changeable terms. Most programmes reserve the right to change or end rewards. A perk that is not written in the terms is a promise without an address.
In Great Britain, the Gambling Commission tightened the rules on VIP schemes in 2020: operators must check that a customer can afford their gambling and is not at risk of harm before offering high-value incentives. Elsewhere the rules are often looser, which makes your own limits more important.

A licence record does exist: the Anjouan register, as mirrored by the Vantegris License Index (fetched 27 September 2026), lists rubyroyale.com under a valid B2C licence, ALSI-202512021-FI1, held by 3-102-944902 SRL and expiring on 14 December 2026. But a licence record is not a casino: there is no site, no terms and no VIP rules published under it. The similarly named, US-facing Ruby Royal Casino is recorded by the review site LCB as closed since 2015.
