Short answer: no. On 4 October 2026 we could not find a Ruby Royal or Ruby Royale casino taking players anywhere. The original Ruby Royal at rubyroyal.com is recorded as closed since 2015, and rubyroyale.com redirects to the domain marketplace BrandBucket. One fact is new since our August check: the Anjouan gaming register lists rubyroyale.com under a valid licence, so there is a licence record but no casino behind it. Below is each check with its date and source, so you can repeat it yourself.
Last checked: 4 October 2026
Every entry has a date and a source. When something changes, a new line is added; old lines are not rewritten.
In August this site said there was no company or licence to look up. That was wrong: we had searched the registers by brand name, and registers are indexed by company and domain. Searched by domain, the Anjouan register returns an entry for rubyroyale.com: holder 3-102-944902 SRL, licence ALSI-202512021-FI1, status valid, issued 15 December 2025, expiring 14 December 2026. The number format 3-102 is the one Costa Rica uses for limited liability companies (SRL); nothing else about the holder is published.
A licence covers a domain, but the domain has not shown a casino on any of our checks. The register does not say why. It could be a launch that never happened, or a domain that changed hands after the licence was issued. We don't know which, and we are not guessing. If a casino does appear at rubyroyale.com, its footer should show licence ALSI-202512021-FI1 with a seal that opens on anjouangaming.com. You can confirm that on the regulator's verify page before you deposit.
Searching for ruby royal casino brings up pages that look like an operator site but are not one. We read the two most complete ones on 4 October 2026 and checked their licence claims against the regulators' own pages.
It presents itself as Ruby Royal Casino and says it is run by Bayton Limited, part of The Palace Group, under Malta licences LGA/CL1/376/2007 and LGA/CL3/376/2007. It advertises 125% up to $1,000 plus 100 free spins and the code RUBYRELOAD50, and shows a scrolling payout feed of usernames. Malta's regulator has been called the MGA, not the LGA, since 2015. Bayton belongs to Super Group, and Super Group's own brand list names Ruby Fortune, not Ruby Royal. We could not confirm any link between Bayton and this site.
An Ireland-focused page that says Ruby Royal holds "Licence No. OGL/2024/190/0180". It lists 150% up to €260, 120 no-deposit free spins and a €20 free chip. The Curaçao Gaming Authority's certificate page for that number names PP Solutions N.V., licensed since 7 March 2025 to provide services to other operators, with its seal assigned to popiplay.com. That is a games supplier's licence. It is not a licence for a casino called Ruby Royal.
The original casino's domain now shows a parked page with ads and a "Buy this domain" link. ruby-royal.com forwards to a similar lander. None of the other spellings we tried has a casino, a terms page or a licence statement behind it.
The codes published for Ruby Royal include RUBYWELCOME150, an "888 free bets" no-deposit offer, RUBYRELOAD50, and the old $10 code SPECIAL10, which a 2014 forum thread already describes as expired. A code only works if there is a cashier to enter it in. None of these pages leads to the cashier of a licensed Ruby Royal operator, so none of the codes can be tested or relied on. The bonuses page has each code, where it is published, and how to check any code in about a minute.
Buttons marked "See partner offer" lead to a third-party casino. It is not Ruby Royal and has nothing to do with rubyroyale.com. If you sign up there, this site may be paid a commission. Earlier versions of this page showed "100% up to $500 + 200 free spins" as a Rubyroyale offer. We could not source that figure, so it was removed on 4 October 2026. Before depositing anywhere, read the partner's own bonus terms and look up its licence number in the regulator's register. Check that its terms accept players from your country.
Three checks settle most questions about a casino that uses a familiar name. Each takes a couple of minutes and none depends on trusting the site in front of you.
Registers list companies and the domains they cover. Searching for "Ruby Royal" returns nothing, while searching for rubyroyale.com returns a licence. Take the exact domain from your browser's address bar, then search the domain and the company name from the footer.
A real number can be shown on the wrong site. OGL/2024/190/0180 is a genuine Curaçao number, but it belongs to a B2B games supplier. The register entry has to name the same company and the same domain as the site you are on.
The rubyroyale.com licence expires on 14 December 2026, and an expired entry gives no protection. Under Anjouan rules a complaint goes to the operator first. After 30 days it can go to an approved dispute service such as EGIS ADR, Axion ADR, iGaming ADR or CADRE B.V., at the operator's cost.
Several unrelated brands share the word ruby. Ruby Fortune is a different casino run by Bayton Limited, a Super Group company licensed in Malta, and Super Group lists it among its brands. The Anjouan register also lists therubyroll.com (Luxum LTD), rubyreels.com (Novatrix SRL) and rubyslots.com (Primrose Media Limited). We found nothing linking any of them to Ruby Royal or to rubyroyale.com. A similar name tells you nothing about who runs a site.
According to LCB.org, the original Ruby Royal ran on Rival Gaming software. That is the only description of its game library we could source. There is no lobby to look at today, so we cannot list providers or titles, and we don't show provider logos. If you want to understand how slots and table games work, the tips page covers house edge, RTP and volatility. Those numbers hold at any casino.
Rubyroyale.net is an independent information site. It is not a casino, takes no bets, has no accounts and is not connected with Ruby Royal, rubyroyale.com, the licence holder 3-102-944902 SRL, BrandBucket or any operator named here. We check the domains and registers on the dates shown, quote what we find, and label what we could not confirm. When a check is wrong, we say so on the page and correct it, as with the August licence statement. Partner links are paid; see the terms of use.
