No casino called Ruby Royal or Ruby Royale is operating that we could find. The register does hold one entry: the Anjouan gaming register lists rubyroyale.com under a valid B2C licence. The domain itself redirects to a domain marketplace, so the licence currently covers a casino that does not exist.

What the entry does and does not tell you: a licence is attached to a domain, but on 21 August and again on 4 October 2026 that domain showed no casino, no terms and no footer, only a redirect to a domain marketplace. The register does not explain the gap. It could be a launch that never happened, or a domain that changed hands after the licence was issued. We don't know which. The number format 3-102 is the one Costa Rica uses for limited liability companies (SRL), and no other information about the holder is published.
If a casino appears at rubyroyale.com, check three things before depositing. Its footer should show ALSI-202512021-FI1, the seal should open a page on anjouangaming.com, and the licence should not have passed its 14 December 2026 expiry date. Under Anjouan rules a complaint goes to the operator first, through the contact shown on the licence seal. After 30 days without a solution it can go to an approved dispute service: EGIS ADR, Axion ADR, iGaming ADR or CADRE B.V. The operator pays for that service.

How to Verify a Casino Licence Yourself
Every serious regulator publishes a searchable register, and the check follows the same four steps everywhere:
- Find the licence statement in the footer and note the exact company name and licence number. If it has neither, there is nothing to check.
- Click the seal. A real one links to a page on the regulator's own domain, not to a page hosted by the casino.
- Search the register for the domain in your address bar and for the company name. Don't search by brand alone: registers list companies and the domains they cover, and the brand name is often not in the entry.
- Read the entry: holder, status, licence type, domains and dates. Check that it names the same company and the same domain as the site you are on. An expired or suspended licence, or one that lists a different domain, tells you what you need to know.

Two practical warnings. First, a real licence number can be shown on the wrong site, so always compare the company and domain in the entry with the site you are on. Second, registers usually list the root domain. Operators that run numbered mirrors such as brand2.com or brand7.com may not appear under the mirror. Search the root domain, then confirm the mirror through its own footer.
What a Licence Protects and What It Does Not
A licence means an operator met a regulator's conditions when it was issued and remains under that regulator's supervision. In practice it gives you somewhere to complain: a body that can fine, restrict or revoke. A player has that leverage nowhere else.
